Luckily we made the correct choice of funeral directors as the stress of what was going to be required at the funeral was immediately lifted when we first went into your office. The manner in which the whole thing was arranged; we equated to sitting down in a lounge and discussing the various options of the ceremony instead of it being conducted as a questions and answers meeting.
We really appreciated all the help and advice given and left your office a lot more relaxed than when we went in.
Our family were very impressed on the day at how smoothly and calmly everything went, which was viewed to be like clockwork, but with a personal and friendly approach. Again thank you so much for everything.
